How do I set up my project to print properly?

How long will my project take?
Your complete project may have just one, or several processes and each one will need to be scheduled with other work in-house. For an estimate specific to your project, please contact us. For a general overview of print and copy shop scheduling, read our scheduling tips .
Do I need to come to your store in person?
You are welcome to visit our store at 5330 Montebello Lane in Colorado Springs, but it isn't always necessary. You can send your digital print-ready files via email, or fax over a rough draft for professional graphic design. Then we can print or copy, finish and deliver your completed project directly to your local Colorado Springs address or ship it anywhere it needs to go.
There are occasions when it is helpful to be here in person: you might want to see a sample of the paper to be used, or bring us a printed sample to match; when matching ink colors for printing, it can help to see them in person; and you may want to see and approve a specific piece of your order before additional processes are begun. Of course, we may be able to mail most of these items back and forth, but it will add to the turn-around time for your project.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as cash. All credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee. If you expect to do regular business with us, you may want to apply for in-store credit. Talk to one of our staff for more information.
